Fresh off of his selection to the All-ACCHL Rookie Team, freshman forward Ethan Redden was selected to play for Team Singapore in the IIHF Division III - Group B Men's World Championship going on in Sarajevo from February 27 to March 5. He also served as Assistant Captain for the team.
2/27: Kyrgyzstan def. Singapore 14-2, Redden: no points
2/28: Singapore def. Malaysia 10-0, Redden: 4G, 1A, Player of the Game!
3/2: Hong Kong def. Singapore 7-6 (OT), Redden: 1G, 3A
3/3: Bosnia & Herzegovina def. Singapore 8-2, Redden: 1G, 1A
3/5: Singapore def. Iran 11-2, Redden: 2G, 2A

Update (3/6): The tournament is now complete with Team Singapore going 2-0-1-2 in the round robin, a 4th place finish. Redden finished with 8 goals and 7 assists in 5 games, which was 8th best among skaters in the tournament. Team Singapore has named him their MVP of the tournament!
